<p>As requested by David Fincher, this Epic-M is a modified version of the Epic for black and white shooting. The camera is <em>sans</em> Bayer, and therefore sharper, since every pixel is used for luminance. It&#8217;s time to bring out the old filters for black and white, like the red one for a dark sky&#8230;</p>
<p><a href="https://thefilmbook.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/red-epic-monochrome-camera-thefilmbook.jpg"><img src="https://thefilmbook.net/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/red-epic-monochrome-camera-thefilmbook-.jpg" alt="red epic monochrome camera-thefilmbook-" width="500" height="749" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-871" /></a></p>
<p>I took this photo at Gokinema in Gottenborg.<br />
The camera was brought to Gokinema by Philippe from <a href="http://bit.ly/1cNcLGX" target="_blank">Camalot</a> in Amsterdam</p>
